Location: Adelaide, SA
Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $78,000 (base) + $5,000 (KPI) + Car allowance

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules.
  • Supervise the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure smooth operation of mail distribution and courier services.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Main Tasks:
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Monitor and manage office staff performance.
  • Plan and manage office space and layout.
  • Organise and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements).
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, creating reports etc.).
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Portuguese/Spanish Speaking is highly preferred but not essential
  • A relevant diploma or degree in business administration or management may be required.
