The Role

We are looking for a candidate with excellent people skills and strong project coordination abilities. You will lead two hoarding project officers within your team and coordinate hoarding installers and factory workers to ensure smooth project deliveries. We are seeking a driven and proactive individual to join us at our Wetherill Park office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of hoarding projects
• Lead hoarding team, schedule and delegate day-to-day activities to factory staff and hoarding installers
• Prepare detailed hoarding proposals, including drawings, cost estimates, timelines, etc.
• Keep track of job completions, compliance checks and equipment records
• Maintain positive relationships with clients (mainly commercial shopping centres), subcontractors and other relevant stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries in a professional manner
• Project administration, such as issuing POs, invoicing, procurement, documentation, etc.
• Be available to take calls and emails at reasonable times and have a positive can-do attitude

Key requirements:

• Own car and driver’s licence
• Experience working within a construction project management environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Reliable and can work autonomously
