The Role:
As a Sales Associate Cadet, your role will consist of but not be limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

• Daily prospecting (cold calls, warm calls, door knocking and letter box dropping)
• Carrying out open homes and inspections with respect to training requirements
• Attending valuations, and buyer appointments with respect to training requirements
• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and Annual goal setting
• Meeting KPI’s to receive bonuses

The role can involve working Saturday’s and is ideal for candidates with QLD Real Estate Certificates, or those who have completed their certificate training; however, we encourage anyone who is looking to get started in Real Estate to apply.

• Strong communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
• High attention to detail
• High level of self-discipline and motivation
• Ability to understand tasks and execute without supervision
• Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle
