Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Directors and the wider team.
• Play an integral role in high-profile projects.
• Lead and contribute across all phases of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Assist with managing the studio and overseeing the project procurement process.
• Share your passion and expertise in healthcare design.
• Manage client relationships, liaise with consultants, and support the coordination of team efforts.

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
• Registration as an Architect preferred.
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare and institutional sectors.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Proven experience working across multiple phases of a project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes.
• Experience leading stakeholder workshops is highly valued.
• Exceptional project and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering a positive team dynamic.
