We are searching for a highly motivated and talented new/recent graduate physiotherapist to join our exceptional team. This is an opportunity to be a part of an experienced and cohesive team, where you will receive weekly formal and informal mentorship, full administrative support, and the chance to thrive in a multidisciplinary setting that includes experienced Physiotherapists, Accredited Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Massage therapists, and Dieticians.

At Moreton All Body Care we are committed to delivering outstanding care to our diverse clientele. Our renowned clinic is known for its excellence in practice, a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and a great work culture. We have a fully equipped rehabilitation gym where we run Neurological, Cardiac and lower limb rehabilitation classes. Our physiotherapists also run Reformer and Mat work Pilates classes. Additionally, we are proud to use state of the art Vald Performance measurement equipment.

The Opportunity:

We believe in investing in our emerging talents, which is why we provide comprehensive weekly mentorship from experienced physiotherapists as well as access to informal mentoring each day. We also run professional development sessions from external professionals. Our support extends beyond patient care – your patients will be booked as extended sessions until you feel comfortable with the standard 30-minute session.

Our goal is to provide you with the opportunity to progress all your physiotherapy skills which is why we offer the opportunity to teach Pilates classes, take hydrotherapy clients and run rehabilitation classes. We also offer the chance to work with the first grade Caboolture Rugby team and Burpengary State High’s rugby excellence program.

Flexibility of a 4 day week after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to clients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions.

Administer a wide range of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and more as you see fit.

Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team, and local Doctors and Specialists to deliver integrated and comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Remain at the forefront of physiotherapy by actively engaging in professional development activities and staying informed about the latest research and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

AHPRA Registration or ability to be registered upon completion of your degree

Strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and facilitating recovery.

Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.

Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
