Job Description:

Are you in Cyber GRC and looking for your next position? Taw-Con is seeking a skilled and experienced Cyber GRC consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Defence Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and strategic solutions to enhance our clients' capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Defence and Cyber GRC, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Qualifications & experience

• ISM, DSPF, PSPF, ISO27001
• Bachelor in information technology or equivalent experience
• Experience in certification and accreditation
• AGSVA NV1 security clearance (Essential)
• Army experience is highly desireable

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide guidance and security expertise on protective security, technical support, and the requirements for Cybersecurity controls within Defence;
• Apply extensive knowledge of and compliance with Government legislative frameworks (ISM, DSPF, PSPF), Cybersecurity standards, Industry best practices and Defence’s mission and policy requirements;
• Provide accountability for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements including sharing own Cybersecurity expertise with others;
• Provide detailed knowledge of risk analysis relating to Cybersecurity including Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM);
• Provide explanations on very complex information and provide guidance on security strategies to manage identified risks;
• Work collaboratively and communicate very complex security
• Develop Sustainment and Project Cybersecurity Management plans and Cyber artefacts; and
• Supporting and preparing ICT Security accreditation documentation for Systems being acquired, upgraded or managed (SoA, SSP, SRMP, SOPs, POA&M).
