The successful applicant will be required to follow a content plan and write required print content for an Australian rugby media outlet.
All applicants must have a passion for sport and preferably have a strong understanding of grassroots rugby competitions in Australia.
Writers will need to stick to strict deadlines and produce quality, engaging articles several times a week.
While training will be provided, this role is more suited to those with strong writing ability.

With a specific focus on club and schoolboy rugby in Sydney and Brisbane, Rugby News has a loyal and dedicated audience who rely on Rugby News for access to exclusive, quality content.
The role:
The successful applicants will initially work between 4-10 hours per week, however further work may become available.
Writers can produce content from home and around other work commitments, however they will need to fit into a strict content plan and work roster.
