Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new payroll & HCM system.
• Collect and document detailed business requirements.
• Create and maintain process maps, functional specs, and user guides.
• Manage system testing to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Train users and provide ongoing support.
• Interpret and apply awards and legislation to ensure compliance.
• Suggest enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.

Key Skills required:

• Previous experience implementing a payroll or HCM system.
• Skilled in interpreting awards and legislation.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Excellent at interacting with stakeholders and documenting processes.
