Glide, a leader in powered and manual wheelchair manufacturing, is seeking a Junior Production Welder to join our team. In this role, you will receive full training and the opportunity to develop your welding skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. After successfully completing the probation period, you will be given the chance to study welding and obtain a certificate, with all fees covered by the company.

Initially, you will work under supervision to develop your skills, with more independence given as you gain experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work meets specifications, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety standards while meeting production deadlines.

No prior experience is required, just a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to safety and quality. You’ll have the opportunity for career growth, further qualifications, and a dynamic work environment.
