The Key Responsibilities will Include:

• Provide Strategic and Operational advice and Course of Action alongside the Leadership Team.
• Lead Service Delivery ensures that the 668 Care Vision and Organisational Goals are achieved and the Organisational values are applied in all Operations.
• Develop Business Capability and Capacity to Deliver Prioritised Services or Outcomes through Effective Program and Project Management
• Prepare Reports relevant to the Activities, Performance, Growth and Development of 668 Care Workforce Solutions.
• Create and Maintain Effective and Influential Relationships across different Internal Teams and with External Stakeholders with People and Communities from Different Cultural and Linguistic Backgrounds.
• Continuously Improve products and services to better meet customer needs and to create operational and service delivery efficiencies and improve quality standards.
• Develop and Maintain Operational Administrative Systems, Procedures and Processes to Support Effective Management of all areas of Service Delivery

To be Successful in the Role you will Require:

• Experience in the NDIS Industry
• Demonstrated Ability to Develop and Maintain Effective High Level working Relationships across the Organisation.
• Ability to Identify and Manage Operational Challenges at a Practice Level.
