Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage and prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Process Payroll.
• Collaborate with project managers to track project costs and ensure profitability.
• Assist in financial planning and analysis to drive business growth.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members.
• Work closely with senior management to provide insights on financial performance and trends.
• Ensure accurate use and management of Jobpac software for project accounting, invoicing, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or similar certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficient in using Jobpac software for financial management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, construction accounting, and project financials.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively.
