About the Role
Are you a dynamic, TAE-qualified Trainer who is passionate about shaping the next generation of early childhood educators? Cire Training is seeking a motivated Trainer & Assessor to deliver Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, as well as our exciting new pathway qualification—Certificate II in Early Childhood Education and Care, developed by Cire Training.
This role is more than just training—it’s about engagement, mentorship, and real-world impact. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training both online and face-to-face across Lilydale and the eastern suburbs. You will also conduct onsite student assessments during placement periods, ensuring learners are job-ready and confident in their skills.

What You’ll Bring:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- CHC30121 Certificate III & CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering training in an RTO setting (VETiS experience highly desirable)
- A passion for working with young people and adult learners
- Strong communication and engagement skills—you know how to make learning fun, practical, and meaningful
- A student-centered approach, with a commitment to guiding learners towards success
- Ability to travel to training locations across the eastern suburbs
