About the Role
Our ideal candidate will have some experience on the tools, alongside a good knowledge of graphic design. They will be passionate about introducing innovative ideas & creative new concepts into our industry so we can remain, Australia's favourite tool store!
You'll be working with one of the best marketing teams in the tool industry and you will have the ability over time to learn about all types of marketing because everything we create is done in-house at our head office at Stapylton.

Your main responsibilities will include:
You will be working within a close knit team environment on various projects through various stages to completion. This will involve working between all areas of our Marketing team and your main responsibilities will be:
- Designing a wide range of marketing materials, including flyers, catalogues, posters, banners (online and print), email designs, social media graphics, website assets, and in-store collateral.
- Maintaining and evolving the company’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and a strong brand presence. This includes logo usage, colour palettes, typography, and imagery.
- Designing Email Marketing and creating visually appealing graphics and effective emails for our weekly marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Developing a deep understanding of our market and end users - Familiarity with the tool segment and target audience is a plus.
- Providing design support to the product team where relevant.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys sharing their expertise. They will be able to demonstrate prior experience in Graphic Design in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time-management, organisational and file management skills.
- Knowledge of print production processes, including file preparation, colour management, and working with print vendors.
- Qualifications in Graphic Design
- The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the power tool industry and excited to create designs and campaigns that capture the energy and history of our company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel the Adobe suite of applications including; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
- Strong prioritisation, time & self-management skills.
- Will bring a practical, common-sense approach to problem-solving. They will be able to recognise when something doesn't align or fit best practices and will be comfortable raising questions or concerns
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
