About the Role
We currently have multiple opportunities for experienced and dedicated security professionals to join our team.
This casual role includes providing security services across varied venues, including:

• Pubs, hotels, and licensed premises
• Event-based security roles
• High-end cocktail bars and small bar venues

Your Duties Will Include:

• Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
• Managing patron entry and enforcing RSA regulations
• Patrolling designated areas to ensure venue safety
• Monitoring and responding to security incidents
• Conducting access control and visitor management
• Working independently in small venue settings or as part of a team in larger venues
• Adhering to all security protocols and venue policies

About You
We are seeking motivated security professionals who take pride in their work. To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
A current NSW Security Industry Licence (1A)
A valid RSA and First Aid Certificate
A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Reliability and punctuality
The ability to work independently and unsupervised
Availability for Friday and Saturday nights (minimum requirement)
Door and events experience (preferred)
