Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Supervisor to lead and deliver exceptional customer service at two of their venues: Kurri Kurri Bowling Club and Kurri Golf Club. In this role, you will support daily operations and bring your passion for hospitality and team management to ensure top-notch service.

To be successful in this role, you must be a competent operator who can work both autonomously and as part of a team, ensuring both venues remain top choices for locals and visitors. You will bring a strong work ethic and a passion for building relationships.

Ideally you will have;

• A strong background in customer service ideally within a club or pub environment
• Excellent personal presentation
• Team leadership qualities
• The ability to manage customer concerns and ensure positive outcomes
• Experience with gaming, including poker machines

Hours of work will include nights and weekends. This opportunity requires adaptability to work primarily across two venues, with potential involvement with other venues within the KKBC portfolio.
