The Role

We are seeking a talented full-time Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, experience in various photography styles (including real estate, architecture, corporate, and lifestyle photography), and the ability to produce high-quality images under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality images for real estate, architectural, corporate, and branding projects.
• Plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring lighting, composition, and framing meet professional standards.
• Edit and retouch images using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Organise and manage digital assets, ensuring efficient workflow and file storage.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project goals and maintain brand consistency.
• Stay up to date with photography trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve content quality.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• At least one year of professional photography experience in real estate, corporate, or commercial photography.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and post-processing techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and other industry-standard software.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transport (some travel may be required for on-location shoots).
