The Ideal Person
- This is not a difficult position when it comes to performing well, however, we are looking for someone who is time efficient, switched on and organised, you will need either, prior client facingCustomer Service experience or prior client facingsales experience and a valid drivers license.
Some experience communicating with the elderly would be a slight benefit to you but not overly important as long as you have a kind nurturing persona.

Salary Package, Perks and Bonuses - $80,000 + Super + A fully maintained take it home 365 days a year company car and a bonus of $200 for every new client signed.
We pay generous bonuses because when we sign a new client, we never lose them, and this is repeat ongoing daily and weekly business from every customer, and the government never misses a payment.

Our Company Our government approved company, specializes in the provision of numerous in home and external services to the elderly and to those who require daily or weekly assistance(NDIS people), our services are 100% government funded, these services cover everything a person requires daily or weekly.

The Position - You make presentations of the services we provide to clients and you earn a $200 bonus for every successful presentation, these bonuses are paid in addition to your $80,000 salary super and fully maintained car. We provide a full range of required services to people in need, servicesthat areall free of charge to the client, the government pays 100% of the cost of the service/s. In addition the client always calls us to ask if they can meet with someone from our organisation to sign them up for these free services, this person they wish to meet will be you.
Basically, we provide every service that a person needs there are too many to list, it just depends on what duties that the enquirers body, no longer allows them to perform.

This one short example and role play will give you a perfect explanation of the position – There are 3 characters in this role-play,
1. The customer Liaison person - "You"
2. The client - Hansel.
3. The service provider - Gretel

here we go…

The Role play – Hansel (the 83 year old client) has reached an age where he is no longer physically capable of cleaning his own home or cutting his own lawn or washing his own clothes ever again.
Hansel picks up the phone to make an enquiry and request to meet with someone for the purpose of having these services provided for him, he would like these services to commence on Friday of next week and then for the rest of his life. in addition, he wants the government to pay for 100% of the cost for the rest of his days. And he also requires the person who will perform these duties to be fully vetted, police checked, cleared to work with children, certified, honest and a caring friendly person who makes you feel comfortable and who has all their qualifications and certifications to provide these duties for you.

As requested, We then send one of our client liaisons YOU to meet Hansel at his home. YOU The client liaison are friendly, warm, nurturing, caring, honest and non-pushy professional.
You present Hansel with exactly what he asked for, you speak to Hansel about one of our service providers Gretel she isfully vetted, police checked, cleared to work with children, certified, honest and a caring friendly person who will make Hansel feel comfortable and who has all their qualifications and certifications, that Gretel will arrive at Hansel's home at the same time each day or week to provide these duties for him for free, as the government pays for 100% of the entire cost for the rest of his life.
After the short presentation and rapport building with you, the warm friendly non pushy nurturing client liaison.
Do you think Hansel will say yes? or will he say,” where do I sign”?.

Note:To avoid any confusion please note none of our client Liaison people clean houses, they/you just show up, present and take the order. : )
