About the Role
Looking for a flexible role that fits alongside your freelance work or portfolio career? This is an exciting opportunity to join ANZUK's Marketing Team as a Videographer, helping bring our brand and purpose to life through compelling storytelling.

You’ll have the freedom to produce, direct, film, edit, and post engaging video content—from off-the-cuff snippets to high-impact campaigns. Whether you’re capturing authentic moments with educators, showcasing our events, or leading major filming projects with school leaders, your work will play a key role in shaping how we connect with our audience.

This is a highly collaborative role, working within the marketing team, alongside the wider team who truly value the impact of great content.

Key Responsibilities

• Filming, editing, and creating short-form content for social media, including engaging snippets and event highlights.
• Producing and directing long-form video projects, such as thought leadership interviews, school visits, and campaigns for social, website, and advertising.
• Capturing live moments and impromptu conversations, ensuring authenticity and impact, alongside bigger projects such as the "Future of Leadership” series, creating powerful video narratives.
• Covering key anzuk events, from professional development sessions to team socials and networking events for newly arrived educators.
• Collaborating with our marketing team to develop creative campaigns and push the boundaries of visual storytelling.

About You
This role is for a creative self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. You’ll need to be flexible, adaptable, and excited by the mix of quick-turnaround content and larger-scale projects.
You’ll bring:

• Experience in videography, editing, and content creation, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar).
• An eye for storytelling—you can spot a compelling moment and bring it to life on screen.
• The ability to work autonomously, while also bouncing ideas off the team and collaborating on creative campaigns.
• A strong connection to our purpose—you ‘get’ education and the impact great educators have.
• Flexibility and adaptability—some days will be fast-paced with quick edits, while others involve more structured, long-form storytelling.
