Fit Bomb is looking for an energetic and experienced superstar fitness coach, PT and admin legend to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for delivering world-class fitness coaching and personal training, as well as providing essential administrative support.

Fit Bomb is an alternative boutique fitness studio and physio practice dedicated to helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. We offer personal training, group fitness, physiotherapy, pilates and massage in a fun, nurturing and judgement-free environment. Our community is rich and diverse. You'll coach people of all genders, ages, and stages of their fitness journey; competitive athletes, people with disabilities, injuries, hyper-mobility, chronic pain, neurodivergence, pregnancy/postpartum. You'll work closely with our physiotherapy team to provide the highest level of care and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and leading engaging group fitness classes that inspire and challenge our members
• Providing personalised one-on-one personal training tailored to each client's goals and needs
• Creating exciting varied exercise programmes for groups and individuals
• Completing all necessary administrative tasks, including managing clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the gym
• Actively participating in the continuous improvement of our services and the overall member experience
• Serving as a positive role model and ambassador for the Fit Bomb brand

What we're looking for

• A dynamic, charismatic, fun and confident coach with a passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Minimum Qualification: Cert 3 + 4 in Fitness or equivalent
• The ability to be creative when programming and when modifying workouts to the individual
• Experience / confidence in functional movement - including barbells, free weights etc.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Awesome organisational and administrative abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Basic IT skills / computer literacy (preferably Apple)
• Basic numeracy skills
• Great time management
• The ability to prioritise and multitask
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• A desire to learn

Hours

Full-time and Part-time Available! 24-38 hours p/w

We are open for fitness 5.30am-7pm weekdays and 7am-2pm Saturdays. We want you to be healthy, happy and have an optimal work-life balance, so shifts will be a maximum 8hrs (no splits) however you must be willing/available to work within these times.

Qualifications / requirements

• Minimum Cert 3 + 4 Fitness
• Up to date First Aid / CPR
• Insurance
• Unrestricted work-rights in Australia
