About the Role
As a Personal Trainer with BIFC, you’ll run your own business in one of our partnered clubs, enjoying access to cutting-edge facilities and an established client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your client portfolio.
- Develop and deliver customised training programs.

About You
We’re looking for fitness professionals who:
- Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
- Have a passion for building their own business and creating impact.
- Excel in communication and client relationship-building.
- Are committed to growth and personal development.
Qualifications Required:
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or equivalent).
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- Relevant insurance (e.g., professional indemnity and public liability).

Our Trainers are typically university qualified, holding Masters degrees, Exercise Physiologists, Naturopaths and CHEK practitioners.
