We are seeking a Corporate Services Manager (Business Services Manager) to oversee our business operations and corporate functions, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational efficiency. Role Overview:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s corporate functions, including finance, budgeting, human resources, administration, compliance, and business development. The role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement corporate policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our cleaning services.
● Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability in cleaning operations.
● Manage HR functions, including recruitment, training, and staff development to maintain a highly skilled cleaning workforce.
● Ensure compliance with industry regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies relevant to the cleaning industry.
● Supervise administrative functions such as payroll, procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, and contract management with clients.
● Establish and manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure the timely availability of cleaning products and services.
● Monitor and evaluate business performance, providing reports to senior management with insights on service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
● Support business development initiatives by strengthening client relationships, optimizing service delivery, and implementing marketing strategies.
● Lead corporate projects aimed at improving cleaning processes, workforce productivity, and company expansion efforts.
● Foster a positive workplace culture that prioritizes quality service, staff well-being, and continuous operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
● Experience in corporate services, operations management, or a similar role.
● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● High proficiency in MS Office and business management software.
● Knowledge of compliance, HR, and risk management principles.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
