Bemoved is Australia’s leading utilities connections service provider – helping customers organise their electricity, gas, phone and internet accounts when they move home. We are looking for our next customer service superstar!

The position will be providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email and webchat, whilst demonstrating the value of the Bemoved brand to our customers. There is also the opportunity for the role to progress into to a Team Leader position for the right candidate.

A full-time position has become available to join our small, West Perth based customer service team. In order to ensure our customer contact requirements are met, this role operates from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, allowing for a consistent work-life balance with no weekend work required. Flexible arrangements may be considered for the right applicant.

We are looking for long-term team members and offer promotional opportunities and exciting career growth, and we would love you to join us. Previous call centre, energy and/or telecommunication experience is helpful, however all industry training is provided at onboarding and beyond.

What we need you to do:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls as well as digital enquiries, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.
  • Deliver on KPIs and targets relating to sales, responsiveness, quality, and customer excellence.
  • Own customer queries, delivering a first call resolution.
  • Demonstrate the value of the Bemoved brand and service at every customer interaction.
  • Own and drive self-development with a can-do attitude.
  • Maintain effective workplace relationships with the team and leaders to ensure positive customer outcomes.

The successful applicant will be digitally proficient with a bright, friendly and disciplined work ethic. Reliability and punctuality essential.
