Part-time Office Administrator with Social Media Skills

$32 - $35 per hour plus Leave and Superannuation.

Must be available Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday on site in Malaga, flexible work arrangements available.
Permanent / Part Time Position – Approximate 20-24 hours per week, starting from March 2025

About us

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator with Social Media skills to join our business as we grow and expand into different markets.

The new team member will be responsible for managing office operations, a crucial position integral to our Company's success.

About the Role

  • Part-time Office Administrator with Online Selling experience – One Location, three companies covering Commercial Flooring Supply & Installation, E-scooters, and Active Wear.
  • Working closely with the Director and bookkeeper to ensure all accounts are kept up to date across all companies, stock is managed efficiently, and to assist with budgeting as required.
  • Working with IT support and external Social Media companies, ensuring the Directors' vision is carried.
  • Assisting with the seamless delivery of the company’s products to end consumers
  • Directing Warehouse Operator to ensure safety procedures are implemented and up to date
  • Responsible for organising contractor inductions and insurances as requested by the Director.
  • Using the Tradify Job Management system to add stock, create purchase orders, and invoice customers for all Commercial Flooring jobs as the Director requires.
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of office operations and must be able to navigate shareholder folders to access required information.
  • Office administrator duties, including keeping current rent, insurance, and warehouse procedures implemented and up-to-date.
  • Assisting with cataloguing new products on each of the company websites
  • General Office Duties and other responsibilities as required by the role

About you

  • Previous experience in an office administrator role is essential
  • XERO & Microsoft Office experience essential
  • Accounts and stock management experience
  • Experience with selling through online platforms and social media skills
  • High attention to detail with a positive and proactive approach that demonstrates pride in what you do and a drive to help push the Director’s vision forward
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as individually with minimal supervision
  • Respect confidentiality
