The Director of Direct Property Conveyancing is a director of 3 Conveyancing Companies and looking for a Licensed Conveyancer who wants to take on a different type of challenge and work towards ownership in 1 of the 3 companies. Between all 3 we have a close-knit team and are as close as family. We are looking for someone that can help with a bit of everything such as Sales and Marketing, Conveyancing and Managing our Agency Work (also known as Locum) we offer to our beautiful colleagues in the industry. We have a flexible working arrangement where most staff work from home or Hybrid. We work hard and play hard. Happy to start off as part time, work towards full time and towards ownership.

The Ideal candidate should have:

• 5 years experience in Conveyancing
• Easy going people person who will get along with our beautiful team and clients
• Some sales and Marketing experience would be great
• Can work Saturday’s attending open homes
• High attention to detail
• Confident working unsupervised
• Great team player
• Wants something more for their future
• Had experience managing their own workload
