We’re looking for a customer focused person to join our busy team, located in our Blackburn Customer Centre.
Some of the ways you’ll make a difference:
- Helping older Australians navigate the Aged Care system
- Promoting the suite of Benetas services to both inbound and outbound calls
- By providing an excellent first contact experience for many Benetas customers
To help you achieve this, ideally, you’ll have:
- Effective communication skills and an ability to adjust your style for different customers
- Previous experience in an inbound call centre or customer service environment
- Experience working in a fast paced, changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and confident using technology
- Prior experience in Aged Care is preferred but not essential
