We're looking for a motivated and versatile Studio Coordinator & Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about content production, client relationships, and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

🎧 Client Account Management:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication.
• Manage onboarding, timelines, and project coordination.
• Liaise between clients and editors to ensure smooth workflow and quality outcomes.

🎥 Studio Assistance & Production Support:

• Oversee in-studio recording sessions, switching camera angles, and monitoring audio.
• Assist in setting up and packing down equipment.
• Manage and export files post-session.

📅 Admin & Studio Operations:

• Respond to client enquiries and manage the studio email inbox.
• Schedule recording sessions and content production timelines.
• Maintain an organised workflow for client projects.

🎬 Video & Audio Editing:

• Edit podcasts, reels, and other digital content using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar video/audio editing software).
• A natural organiser who can juggle multiple projects.
• Ability to problem-solve and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• An eye for content aesthetics and storytelling.
• Interest in podcasting, video production, and digital marketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Role

Project Delivery & Workflow Management

• 100% of client projects are delivered on time according to agreed timelines and production schedules.
• Studio recording sessions are set up and managed efficiently, ensuring all files are properly recorded, backed up, and exported promptly.

Client Satisfaction & Relationship Management

• Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90%+ based on feedback, responsiveness, and quality of service.
• Proactively communicate with clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve client concerns within 24 hours, escalating issues where necessary.

File Management & Organisational Excellence

• Ensure 100% of recorded files are correctly stored, backed up, and easily accessible for editors and team members.
• Maintain a structured, error-free file management system that eliminates lost or misplaced content.

Editing & Content Quality

• Deliver polished, high-quality video and audio edits that meet brand and client expectations, with minimal revisions required.
• Ensure 100% of content meets On Track Studio’s production standards for clarity, engagement, and storytelling.

Marketing & Studio Growth Contribution

• Support marketing initiatives by assisting in the creation of engaging content (e.g., reels, highlights, and promotional assets).
• Proactively suggest process improvements that enhance content efficiency and quality.
• Support social media and studio promotion efforts through repurposed content and engagement strategies.
