An exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper & Administration Assistant to join the team at Compact Homes.
Compact Homes is a Gold Coast based company, delivering high quality, innovative and unique compact home designs. We predominantly work on smaller scale projects that help investors, individuals and families realise their property dreams, creating an additional income or adding value to their existing property with a secondary low set dwelling.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive self-starter to join our team, part-time or casually based in Robina. We are looking for a great office support, someone with exceptional customer service, extensive knowledge in accounts and the eagerness to assist with the team with general administrative duties and tasks. Construction industry experience is essential and any experience with the BuilderTrend software will be looked upon at great advantage.
Key Aspects of the Role:
- Full Function Accounts - MUST be an expert at all things Xero
- Bank recs, Payable and Receivables, BAS Prep and so on.
- Job Reporting, Cashflow Forecasting & P&L Management
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Manage purchase orders, invoicing and liaise with Clients and Suppliers
- Excellent Communications & Problem-solving skills
- General Office Administration Duties
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:
- A passion and diligence to produce high-quality work
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A holistic approach to solving problems and report information
- Good communication skills, including oral and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
- An understanding of the construction process and materials
