Key responsibilities and Qualifications:

• CA/CPA qualification with a degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years managing a Business Services Team
• Lead and mentor a team of ambitious accountants providing guidance and support to foster their growth
• Manage workflow and ensure budgets, deadlines and compliance obligations are met
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
• Collaborate with Partners and management to enhance and manage staff training and development initiatives
