The Role:

Support a warm, inclusive aged care home by delivering quality clinical care. Lead care staff, manage resources, and ensure compliance.

• Provide evidence-based, resident-centred nursing care
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary care team
• Maintain quality standards, clinical documentation, and medication safety

What We're Looking For:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Confident managing clinical care in aged care settings
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC
• Police check and Australian work rights
