Are you a passionate Assistant in Nursing looking for a new role?

Sharp & Carter are working with a respected community health provider in Darwin, NT to source experienced and compassionate Assistants in Nursing (AINs) for casual work in community aged care. This role supports Elders to live independently at home while staying active, connected, and culturally supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide practical care in line with Client Care Plans, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
• Support clients in the home, community, and in a day respite setting for Elders.
• Promote independence and dignity while delivering culturally safe care.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality, client-centered services.
• Comply with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards and relevant policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Full Driver's License (preferred)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (as per health requirements).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to cultural safety and respectful care.
• Previous experience in community or in-home aged care (desirable but NOT essential - full training provided.)
