For the past 5 years we have been successfully educating and helping clients achieve their health goals. Specialising in 1 on 1 personal training, seminars & group classes our team is growing and we are looking for the next superset coach / personal trainer to mentor, grow and become apart of our like-minded community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for helping people change their lives within this space. This isn't your typical gym but more of a community of people coming together to help others be their best and healthiest self.

At the Factory PT we not only change our clients lives but trainers as well. Whether that's wanting to become the best possible personal trainer you can be, or opening up your very own gym one day we will guide you on the path to successfully being able to do either.

This career path will give you the exposure to any / all of the following;

1 on 1 Personal Training, Group Classes, Running Seminars & Community Events (City 2 Surf, Spartan Races, Foam Fest etc..)

Senior Trainer Roles with consistent billable hours

Sales & Team Management Roles

Potential gym ownership's (Path to open your own gym one day)

Qualifications & Experience

Cert 3 fitness instructor and cert 4 personal training

1-on-1 Personal Trainer experience (Preferred, but not essential)

CPR & First Aid

Working with Children's Check (Preferred but not essential)

Previous customer service / working within a team experience is highly favourable

Tasks & responsibilities

1 on 1 personal training with clients of various ages

Paid team meetings (Growth & Development opportunities)

Group classes

Nutrition coaching sessions

Seminars & Workshops (Shopping, Movement, Nutrition, Mindset)
