Lead Pharmacist - NFH Transition (Full-Time, Fixed-Term until 31 December 2025)

Western Health is seeking a collaborative leader with extensive clinical and management experience to support the New Footscray Hospital (NFH) operations readiness and transition activities for Pharmacy.
In this role, you will be responsibile to:
Work in close partnership with the Pharmacy and NFH Project teams
Drive operational readiness for the Pharmacy Department
Support and deliver key improvement projects in preparation for the transition to the New Footscray Hospital in 2025
You will play a key leadership role in ensuring a smooth transition of Pharmacy services into a state-of-the-art facility, contributing to improved health outcomes for the community.
