Full time/Permanent Role

Requirements for this role:

UTS and GPS experience desirable

For Grader operators, final trim experience is a requirement

Ability to operate across the various types of machinery desirable

Understanding of levels and drawings

Proven understanding and recognition of productivity requirements

Experience in working on large road projects

Proven ability with reference checks on ensuring safety, maintenance and care of machines

Proven ability to work with others as part of a team

Ability to overcome obstacles on construction projects

Ability to mentor and direct junior construction personnel

Non-negotiable approach to quality of work to the satisfaction of the client

Suited to a culture of respect, teamwork, communication and a drive to achieve

Must have civil site experience

Must be fit for work

Must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check

Must have an understanding of strict Defence policy's and procedures

Must be able to obtain a Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)

Must pass a medical and drug test. Random testing is carried out

Please note:

This role may also require remote works were all expenses are covered

This is a resident role on full time basis

This is a full-time permanent position. To be successful, you must be self-motivated, be able to work unsupervised and be willing to put in the work needed to complete the projects in a timely manner.
