What you’ll be doing:

Growing our community by bringing in new members and guiding them through the sign up process like a pro

Supporting day to day club operations (aka keeping the place running smooth and stress free)

Collaborating with the Club Manager to smash team goals and celebrate wins

Being the friendly face for member questions and support

Promoting the club and making us known in the local area

Getting creative with marketing and socials – your ideas are welcome!

Creating a positive, fun, inclusive space for everyone who walks through the door

4 day work week, no weekends or public holidays

The person we're looking for:

Is super social and gets energy from talking to people

Is self driven, coachable, and open to growth (personally and professionally).

Can work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table

Are passionate about health, wellness, and making others feel good about themselves

Love being part of a team that works hard and laughs harder

Bonus points if you’ve got:

Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Skills in using computers and social media (Instagram skills = extra love)

A current Working With Children Check, First Aid Cert, Police Check & Driver’s License.
