Kura - Robata and Sake is a small local sake bar located in Brunswick East. We serve a great selection of sake that are complemented with various raw and robatayaki (fireside cooking) dishes. As we have no gas stoves on the premises, all of our cooking is done by wood-fire and charcoal. We are looking to expand our kitchen team and we are looking for chefs that have experience in sushi. There are plenty of opportunity to grow within the business and for the right candidate

• Ability to work unsupervised.

Roles/expectations:

• Fish handling
• Working independently as well as in a team
• Competent knife skills
• Maintaining stock control
• Processing meat, fish and poultry
• Able to read and call dockets
