I. C. & J. Santospirito P/L are flower growers based out of Torquay and Connewarre. The business has been growing cut flowers in Torquay since 1986. Our business is seasonal with fluctuating work volumes therefore it’s essential that you are able to work flexible hours ( normally Monday to Saturday) Start times can be as early as 6am but can vary depending on weather and other factors.

The Role

I. C. & J . Santospirito P/L are currently looking to engage an experienced Tractor operator on a permanent full time basis.

As the Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to;

Operating farm machinery including tractors, sprayers, bedformers, etc

Maintaining equipment used

Use of farm sprayers for chemical application

Soil preparation using various implements

About you

It is essential that you have:

5 years experience operating tractors

Current Chemical handling certificate

Hold a current drivers licence

Enjoy working outdoors and in farm fields

Are able to work efficiently without supervision

Show commitment and reliability to get the job done

Must be an Australian citizen
