About the role

Keena Kitchens' is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker CNC Operator to join our talented team in Port Macquarie, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will use your expertise in operating CNC machines to produce high-quality cabinetry and furniture for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Operate CNC machines to manufacture cabinets, vanities, and other custom furniture pieces

Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication

Set up, program, and maintain CNC machines to maximise efficiency and productivity

Work collaboratively with the broader production team to ensure timely completion of projects

Assist with the assembly and installation of finished products

Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker CNC Operator

Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety
