3rd Party Containers (3PC) is seeking motivated and skilled Container Loader/Unloaders, Forklift drivers to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Shift Times:

6:00am to 2:00 pm

2:30pm to 10:30 pm

Regency Park

Burton

Contract Type: Casual contract with full-time hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment

Ensure all products are secured and stored properly

Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.

Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.

Requirements:

Operating counterbalance forklifts

Unpacking and sorting palletised and loose-loaded containers

Manual handling up to 30kg

Working with warehouse teams to meet daily targets

Following all WHS and site safety procedures

What We Offer:

Competitive pay and benefits – Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $32.38 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $32.38 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.
