• Base salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + super

About the Organisation & Clinical Lead Position
A highly respected therapy provider, local to South Australia. Specialising in everything paediatrics and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and families. Providing therapy services and mental health supports to children of all abilities, across the Adelaide Region.

Work as part of supportive and passionate multidisciplinary team, mentoring a growing team of Speech Therapists, whilst developing your career.

• Support a family-centered and neuro-affirming approach
• Providing therapy services/assessments in clinic and schools
• Provide training and supervision to junior speech pathologists
• Develop and deliver training workshops/PD sessions to your team
• Assist with the review and implementation of clinical protocols
• Participate in leadership meetings and workshops regularly
• Manage a reduced clinical caseload to allow for leadership duties

Essential Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
• Experience in the areas of; Speech Sounds, Literacy, Language Paediatric Feeding, Fluency, AAC, ASD
• Experience in ASD assessments or willingness to learn
• Experience providing support to junior speech therapists
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Current and clean drivers license
