OUR CLIENT

Client has been leading the waste oil collection industry in Australia for the last 50 years helping 5000 Australian restaurants, fast-food outlets, food manufacturers and shopping centres meet their used oil collection obligations. Due to growth, their Riverstone depot is looking for a HR Truck Driver to join their team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will be working as a HR Truck Driver.

The main duties of the role are but not limited to:

• Operating a Vacuum Tanker Truck to collect used cooking oils from restaurants and fast food outlets
• Safely transporting collected oil to licensed recycling facilities and ensuring correct disposal of oily waste in compliance with environmental regulations
• Job setup and pack down
• Using high-pressure water blasting equipment as part of cleaning and maintenance operations
• Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of vacuum equipment and associated gear

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Experience working in a waste oil collection environment or equivalent
• Mechanically or technically minded
• HR Licence
• Driver's License (own car), site not accessible to public transport
• Will pass a drug and alcohol test and a pre-employment medical
