About the role

We currently have opportunities for enthusiastic and reliable production operators to join our Dubbo manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating machinery to complete customers’ orders to specification within agreed schedule

Maintaining a high level of safety by following procedures and good housekeeping

Basic machine maintenance

Ensuring accuracy and a high level of attention to detail

Forklift operation

Overhead crane operation

Provide assistance to Supervisor when required

About you

Our successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and traits:

Manufacturing background (preferred but not essential)

Highly motivated

Reliable with a good work ethic

Attention to detail and maintaining a high level of accuracy

High level of communication skills

Forklift ticket

Due to the nature of the role, you must be comfortable and physically able to meet the manual handling requirements of the role
