Due to continued growth Haddad Drilling is seeking a motivated and reliable Driller's Offsider to join our team. This is a casual role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

As a Driller's Offsider, you will work closely with an experienced driller, assisting in drilling operations and ensuring the smooth running of the drilling site. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment

Handle and maintain drilling tools and machinery

Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment and supplies

Perform manual labour tasks as directed by the driller

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (HR highly regarded) and own transport to yard in Hume.

General construction induction card (White card)

Asbestos awareness and Silica prevention (Or willingness to obtain)

Ability to work away from home

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
