The Shire is seeking a motivated and skilled Planning Compliance Officer to join our Community Planning team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our Shire's development occurs in accordance with relevant planning schemes, policies and legislation.

As a Planning Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in responding to and investigating customer requests related to the Shire's Local Planning Scheme No. 4 and the Local Government Act 1995, with a focus on achieving positive compliance outcomes. The role also involves providing advice and information on developmental, planning and environmental issues to a variety of stakeholders.

A salary in the range of $84,146 to $96,124 will be offered dependent on skills, ability and experience as well as a range of benefits including:
