The Internal Admin Agency (IAA) is seeking motivated professionals who are ready to join our talented pool of Executive Support Officers and thrive in a flexible, rotating placement model that provides essential executive support across Groups in DEECA.
As a valued member of the IAA, you'll play a vital role in maintaining business continuity and enabling government priorities through short- and medium-term Group placements. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy variety, are quick to integrate into new teams, and are passionate about delivering high-quality executive support services. In this role, you will undertake dynamic placements across a variety of groups, giving you exposure to different leadership styles, teams, and priorities.You will step into various positions and seamlessly deliver diary, inbox, and meeting support tailored to each team's needs.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing high-level administrative and Executive Assistant support during your placements.
- Coordinating diaries, managing correspondence, and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting information flow for better decision-making.
- Contributing to a constructive workplace culture and being ready to resolve challenges proactively.
Our ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong track record of delivering under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage competing stakeholder needs.
- High attention to detail, time management, and adaptability to new environments.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and internal administrative systems.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Executive Assistant experience required.
There are three ongoing positions available. The work location for these positions are flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
