Based out of West Footscray warehouse delivering to West, East & North Metropolitan suburbs, and the CBD.

Delivery Driver Job Responsibilities:

Deliver groceries to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

Reviews and verifies orders and delivery instructions to ensure accuracy.

Follow safety protocols.

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 15kgs safely.

Maintain delivery logs and records using a smartphone app.

Pay Rate:

Casual rates begin at $30, with penalty rates for early mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays.

Availabilities:

AM: Shifts starting between 4:30-7:00am

PM: Shifts starting between 12:00-3:00pm

Shift lengths can vary (average 6 hours) - 4 hour shift minimum

Preferred Availabilities:

4 days a week

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday availability highly desirable

Delivery Driver Qualifications / Skills:

Highly responsible & reliable

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

Safe driving record

Ability to adapt and safely drive to road conditions

Basic knowledge of smartphone application usage

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

National Police Check (Current within 6 months)

Valid Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

Complete VicRoads Driving History (Current within 3 months)

Full demerit point history

Full driving conviction history

Full Victorian License (Minimum 6 months old)

MR/HR License not required for this position, but desired.

Not Accepting Probationary License
