About the Role

Utility Traffic Solutions Pty Ltd is currently seeking experienced TMA Drivers/Operators and Team Leaders/Experienced Traffic Controllers to join our growing team in Cranbourne West, VIC. These are casual roles with consistent local work across a variety of construction and civil projects throughout the South East metro region.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience and position, duties may include:

Operating Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA) to protect road crews and the public

Leading and coordinating small teams of traffic controllers on site

Ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic through worksites

Maintaining traffic vehicles and equipment to a high standard

Communicating effectively with site supervisors and project managers

Following all safety protocols, TMPs, and compliance regulations

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a TMA Driver/Operator and/or Traffic Team Leader

Ability to safely operate TMA trucks, freeway/pod trucks, and relevant traffic equipment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Solid understanding of AGTTM guidelines, VicRoads standards, and general traffic control procedures

Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence and current Traffic Control tickets

Reliability and willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
