About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate PCAs to join our agency team for casual shifts in aged care facilities throughout the Bendigo region. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care including showering, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, meals, and general daily activities
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and empathy
• Accurately document and report on resident care
• Work collaboratively with facility staff and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months experience in an aged care setting
• Valid Police Check (within 12 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (as per facility requirements)
• Excellent communication skills and a caring nature
