About the role

Leisure Coast Pool Centre (Fairy Meadow) is seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join our team in Wollongong, NSW. This is a full-time position responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial swimming pools and spas. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' pool and related equipment is well-maintained and operating effectively.

What you'll be doing

Perform regular pool maintenance, including chemical testing, water balancing, and cleaning of filters and other equipment

Diagnose and repair issues with pool pumps, filters and other pool equipment

Installing and replacing pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters and automation systems

Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests

Maintain accurate records of all work completed and materials used

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Experience as a Pool Technician or similar relevant experience - highly regarded (not essential)

Strong technical skills and knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry and pool maintenance best practices - highly regarded

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing high-quality work

High level of integrity

Current driver's licence
