About the Role

Join our team of dedicated and committed individuals in delivering exceptional care. As an Assistant in Nursing (Personal Care Worker), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to Aged Care and NDIS clients. Your responsibilities will include Personal Cares, Social Support, Domestic Assistance, Transport, and more. This position offers 25-35 hours per week, including weekends, on a rotating roster with clients all over the Moreton Bay Region and Brisbane Northern Suburbs. Qualifications and Experience

Must hold a Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support

Previous experience in aged care and disability services is highly desirable.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with clients.

A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, understanding the needs of individuals.

Document and report daily visits
