We're seeking a seasoned Diesel Fitter Leading Hand ready to lead a tight-knit maintenance crew and stay hands-on in a busy underground environment. This is your chance to drive performance, safety, and team culture-right where the action is.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a skilled maintenance crew

Tackle diagnostics, breakdowns, and scheduled maintenance

Drive safety, performance, and reliability underground

Align with production teams to keep everything moving

What You'll Need:

Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic

Strong underground experience (CAT, Sandvik, Epiroc, etc.)

Proven leadership or ready to step into the role

Safety-first mindset and a strong team ethic

• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
